Mark is the business leader and contractor of Fredericksburg Custom Homes. Formerly a
banking professional in Houston, Mark found his passion in real estate and construction.
Sue Wheeler
Sue is the interior design lead of Fredericksburg Custom Homes. Sue initially worked as an artist, creating the much loved Holly Pond Hill greeting cards, books and gifts for Hallmark. Now, she treats every room she designs as a work of art.
Travis Wheeler
Travis is an architectural and landscape designer who creates floor plans and stunning 3D project renderings to guide custom home projects to successful completion.
Kevin Wheeler
Kevin is a skilled carpenter and project manager who brings home plans to life with expert workmanship that will stand the test of time. With his 10 year service in the military, Kevin brings excellent leadership skills to the construction process.

The interior of your home should be a comfortable and beautiful representation of your unique style. We work with you to design the perfect space from the ground up. Our collaborative interior design services include spatial planning, 3D renderings, kitchen & bath design, color consultations, surface selections, custom furnishings, and accessory curation.

Cardinal directions can play a major role, as well as site topography in situating the home and it’s infrastructure.
We have also been designing landscapes for 15 years, so we can plan the ideal layout to complement your home.
